Samba is a suite of clients and servers for LINUX/UN*X machines to communicate using Microsoft Networking protocalls. This section will cover some very basic set-ups that might be found in a home or small office environment. More heavyweight installations should be discussed in the System and Network Admin Special Interest Group section.
